Please examine your order immediately after delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Preetgift Studio as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.
We offer a 3-day return or replacement window, starting from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Your request will be accepted if:
- The delivered product is different from what was shown or ordered on our website.
- The item arrives in a damaged or broken condition.
Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement or a full/partial refund, as applicable.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or card account.
